Landscape Design Interior Design

This client wanted to get an idea of what was possible with this space before deciding to undertake a renovation. Could they get more work space in the kitchen while still having a dining table? How could they get more seating in the living room? What would the feature wall they had in mind look like? Could they work with the existing flooring and general layout but make it feel fresh and new? 

They provided their interior dimensions, list of needs and desires and a set of 'before' images. This rough design was done for them in a few hours.
